This OEM PlayStation 2 motherboard was sourced from an original console (fat model) and is completely unmodified. It includes all components pictured, however, the motherboard is not working properly - all video output is distorted and unrecognizable. Despite this, it is a good place to source parts like chips, the heat shield and ribbon cables.
