• Free shipping within Canada
• Certain items, like cables and capacitors, cannot be shipped outside of Canada for legal reasons. 
  
• Return shipping is free. 

We're based in Canada and ship across Canada and internationally.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

Domestic Shipping (Canada): We ship via Canada Post. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping: We ship to select countries. International delivery times vary (typically 7–21 business days). Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Packaging: All games are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. Disc-based games are secured to avoid scratching.
