In this video, I show you how to fix a desynchronized Real Time Clock (RTC) on any of the gen 2 Pokémon games, including Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal. No battery change required!

I’ll also explain why this happens, how to fix it and how to back up your save (in any version) and reset the time in the Japanese versions, which lack a built-in clock adjustment feature.
